A 5.0HDKBB diesel Cummins Onan genset compartment must be large enough to provide at least 12.7mm clearance at the top of the genset and 6.4mm clearance at the back and left hand side. 51mm at the front for air intake and 102mm clearance on the right side for air discharge. These minimal clearances apply to the thermal or acoustic insulation with which the compartment may be lined
